Beyond your own bright and airy luxury dwelling and past the vine-covered trellises and landscaped pathways you'll discover a world of spaces designed to help you live your best life. With oversized floor plans (up to 3-bedrooms) and top-floor townhouse-style homes, we have space to grow and to grow into. And when it comes to communal space, our onsite Think Tank is the perfect envy-inducing backdrop for those WFH Zoom calls. The outdoor barbecue bar, with a built-in cooler, is conveniently located right next to the year round saltwater lap pool (chlorine? c’mon). And then there’s our clubhouse–The Guild. Whip up a feast in the chef’s kitchen, or get lost in one of the books from the in-house library. The Guild is designed from the ground up for everything from your next big bash to comfortable co-working. Book it early and book it often!

Bop out the front door and you're just a quick walk to the VTA’s Sunnyvale Station. Hop on the 101 or 237 for easy access to Google, Meta, Apple, or just about any Bay Area employer. Or, keep it close to home. We're a quick walk from Baylands Park and a range of green spaces and great outdoors adventures for all the fresh air and nature therapy you can handle.

We're In It Together

Everyone who works at Kensington Apartments (and at Prometheus) is encouraged to give back to the communities in which we live and work. Our Porch (Promethean Outreach and Community Help) program was created for this purpose and we're proud to support Second Harvest Food Bank, adding 30,000 meals to the tables of those in need in our neighborhood and beyond.
