Does the apartment allow tenants to bring their own furniture?
Tenants are allowed to bring their own furniture, but the apartment will not be responsible for removing the furniture already provided. The apartment offers rentable storage units for \$25 per month. Alternatively, tenants can store their furniture on their own, but they must ensure the apartment is restored to its original condition when the lease ends.

We are pet-friendly, and even have a pet-washing station on our second floor. We require all residents to complete a pet screening through our third-party provider.
