Stanley Studios is a affordable student accommodation in Southampton that caters to students' diverse needs. The flats also offer communal areas such as a gym, games, and a communal lounge where students can relax and unwind. With shops, supermarkets, bars and universities all within easy reach, Stanley Studios Southampton student flats are perfect for students. Students can walk to the University of Southampton, and Southampton Solent University.

 

Features

Stanley Studios Southampton Apartments can accommodate up to 245 students in a variety of stylish Studio and Non-En-suite room types. All rooms are designed for student living and are fully furnished to a high standard, with en-suite bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens. All rooms come with a comfortable double bed, study desk chair and wardrobe. Kitchens have a fridge, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave and cupboards. In addition, Stanley Studios student flats have many communal facilities, with a gym, games area, communal lounge, TV room, cinema, laundry and much more. 

 

Location and What's Hot?

Stanley Studios Southampton flats are close to a wide range of amenities, including supermarkets, cinemas, cafes and pubs within walking distance. With the Natasha Russian Shop downstairs, and Tesco Express a 9-minute walk away, it's easy for students to shop for their daily needs. Portswood Recreational Ground is just an 8-minute walk away, where you can get some exercise and fresh air in the morning. Spend a relaxing afternoon with a cup of coffee in the Library Cafe. The Westquay Shopping Centre in the centre of Southam is 24 minutes away by public transport and offers a wide range of designer shops, chain restaurants and cinemas.

 

Transport

From Stanley Studios, 17 minutes walk to the University of Southampton, 21 minutes by bus to the University of Southampton Avenue Campus, and 18 minutes by bus to Southampton Solent University. Aster Road and Woodcote Road bus stops are a 10-minute walk away, from which students can travel to all parts of the city, and Swaythling train station is close to the flats, with direct trains to other cities in the UK.

 

Security and Service

Stanley Studios Southampton flats have 24-hour security CCTV surveillance, and external visitors must pass through several electronic gates to access the residence halls.
