Cet appartement bénéficie d’un emplacement excellent, à seulement trois à cinq minutes à pied du pôle de transport et du principal quartier commerçant. Les supermarchés et restaurants à proximité sont tous facilement accessibles, ce qui rend la vie quotidienne extrêmement pratique. Les équipements ont largement dépassé mes attentes : non seulement l’électroménager et les meubles sont complets et neufs, mais le lave-vaisselle et le sèche-linge fonctionnent également très bien, améliorant considérablement l’expérience de vie. Au début, je craignais que ce soit bruyant parce que l’appartement donne sur la rue, mais après avoir emménagé, j’ai constaté que l’insonorisation est excellente, bloquant complètement les bruits extérieurs. C’est très calme la nuit, et la qualité du sommeil est exceptionnellement bonne. Enfin, concernant l’environnement général, l’aménagement paysager de la résidence est conçu avec soin, le système de sécurité est strict tout en restant convivial, et les espaces communs sont nettoyés chaque jour par du personnel dédié. Vivre ici est confortable et rassurant.

These document(s) must be received by us within 3 calendar days from the date you receive this notification, and MUST be received before 1 st September for academic year bookings. If this confirmation is not received by this date and your tenancy period has started, you will be required to give 4 weeks notice and liable for the rent from the start of the tenancy, until the end of the notice period. Providing we receive the correct documentation in the stated time period, you will be released from the tenancy agreement and your deposit will be refunded. After your tenancy period has commenced: If your tenancy has already started and you have NOT collected your keys, you will be charged rent from the Tenancy Start Date up to the date you provide evidence that your visa has been refused. This is subject to a 4-week notice period, during which you will remain liable for rent payments. If your Visa is revoked after collecting the keys you must notify the property team immediately (within 48 hours of receiving official notification) by emailing salesenquiries@wearehomesforstudents.com or your property email address if in residence. You will be required to provide written or email confirmation that the Visa has been revoked by providing official documentation from UK Visas & Immigration, and a letter from the University confirming your release and you will be unable to remain at the property.

You must provide written evidence from the University that you do not have a place within 3 calendar days of your results being published (and no later than 28th August, whichever date is sooner). We will release you from the contract without penalty and refund the deposit paid. You may also be eligible to be released from this agreement if you are a prospective first year Undergraduate student and you choose to go to a different university because you have exceeded your expected grades. To apply to be released from this agreement in the circumstances referred to above, you must: • send an email from the email account you booked with to: salesenquiries@wearehomesforstudents.com or to your property email address if already in residence confirming that you wish to cancel your booking, stating your full name, details of the property booked; • send the written rejection letter from your chosen university/college or UCAS, a screen shot of your UCAS status which confirms that the required results were not achieved, or a copy of the proof of acceptance of your new university by UCAS adjustment. These document(s) must be received by us within 3 calendar days (and no later than 28th August, whichever date is sooner) from the date your results are published. On receipt of the required documentation, it will be verified and, provided we are satisfied, we will cancel your agreement and process the refund of your deposit in full within 30 days. If you fail to provide the information within 3 days, you will be required to provide 4 weeks’ notice and will remain liable for any rent due during this notice period.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS Medical: You can request to terminate your tenancy agreement if you have an existing medical condition that renders you medically unable to continue at university and this medical condition is recorded on your application prior to a room offer being made. You (or a legal guardian, or representative) must: send an email to your property email address if already in residence confirming that you wish to cancel the tenancy agreement on medical grounds, stating your full name, details of the property booked; send medical proof (e.g. letter from doctor) with your request; send proof of withdrawal or deferral from the University.

If you wish to arrive earlier than your contract start date, you need to email or call the sales team on 0330 111 1815 or salesenquiries@prestigestudentliving.com. If early arrival is possible your contract will be adjusted and you will need to accept it then pay the additional charges prior to arrival. Please note, not all requests can be accommodated.

Prospective international students who have applied to attend a University or a Higher Education Institution in any of the cities in which Homes for Students operates, and who book a room with Homes for Students, will be allowed to be released from their Tenancy Agreement if they do not receive the entry Visa they require for their study in the UK and evidence is provided. Only new customers who have never lived at a Homes for Students property are eligible. If a customer does not receive the entry Visa they require for their study in the UK and wishes to be released from their Tenancy Agreement, they must provide Homes for Students with evidence of their refusal of entry to the UK to study no later than 7 days after notification of their refusal. Evidence can be a copy of the letter from the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration service or other official Visa issuing body as well as a letter from the university, sponsor or institution where they were supposed to be studying. It must clearly show the student's full name, address and date of issue. This can be emailed to salesenquiries@wearehomesforstudents.com or posted to Homes for Students, 3 Clock Tower Park, Longmoor Lane, Fazakerley, Liverpool, L10 1LD. Customers who do not apply to be released from their Tenancy Agreement within this timescale will be bound by the terms and conditions set out in the Tenancy Agreement.

If you follow the ‘book now’ process you can select the room of your choice or you can make special requests within the ‘create application’ route which we will do our best to accommodate, however all requests and subject to availability and conditions. If you are applying to live with friends, please ensure that you follow our ‘create application’ link online, list the friends that you would like to live with and we will then contact them and make the arrangements for you!

You would need to make a formal request to the accommodation team of the property you are residing in. If you request to move rooms during your tenancy you will also be issued with new documents confirming the details of the room move which you will need to sign or accept online. Should your new room be more expensive, then you and your Guarantor shall be liable for the higher rent from the date you are given access to it.
