- Homes to Host is an HMO supplier with approximately 300 units across the UK and additional properties in the US.
- They offer a wide range of apartments - shared, single, 1B to 8B configurations - each managed by different property managers.

Collaboration and Communication

- I will further share a map with property pins for better visibility.
- ⁠The group will help the sales team identify areas where we have fewer listings or need additional supply.

Property Features
- Fully furnished apartments with:
1- Equipped kitchens (utensils included)
2- TV, linens, towels, etc.
3- Monthly/weekly cleaning available at an extra cost.
4- All bills and taxes included in rent.
5- No wardrobes (only rails), but wardrobes can be provided on request.
6- Double beds in all rooms; dual occupancy allowed at no extra cost.

Booking Process
- Bookings can be made via email - share details such as location, budget, and apartment type.
- One month’s rent is required in advance.
- No guarantor required.
- Monthly installment option available.
- Non-students can also book.

- 24x7 on-site maintenance available.
