Le personnel à la réception est très aimable, et l'un des employés parle chinois. Les choses sont très claires et l'attitude de service est excellente. La vitesse de l'internet est très bonne, donc il n'y a pas trop de problèmes pour jouer à des jeux vidéo et des jeux mobiles. Les options de maintenance sont très bonnes, par exemple, si le pommeau de douche que vous souhaitez changer ne peut pas être démonté, ou si le rideau tombe accidentellement. Ces choses seront gérées de manière rapide et appropriée. Si vous n'êtes pas dans la chambre, ils ne toucheront pas vos affaires sans permission.
