Très bien, très satisfait, parfait à tous égards.
Ici, c'est très proche de l'Université d'Aston. Les espaces communs disposent d'un grand espace de cuisine. Tout le personnel d'IQ est très sympathique, enthousiaste et patient ! Il est également sûr de vivre ici !

L'environnement résidentiel est très bon et les installations sont très complètes. En plus de Tesco, il y a une chaîne de supermarchés chinois à proximité, ce qui est très pratique.
Les installations de soutien sont parfaites. Le sous-sol a une super ligue et Tesco, ce qui est très pratique. La réception est également très accueillante, et il est agréable d'y rester.
L'université de Riaston est assez proche, on y vit bien, bien que la nuit, il y ait beaucoup de bruit à cause de la route et la vitesse d'internet est très rapide.

Le séjour s'est bien passé jusqu'à présent, et la chambre est assez propre.

iQ Penworks House is a cosy student accommodation in Birmingham, situated northwest of Aston University, just two minutes across the A38 from the main road into the campus and a 10-minute walk from Birmingham City University. Penworks House - iQ Student Accommodation Birmingham is available as an En-suite or Studio, with all rooms fully furnished and equipped with all appliances such as high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site laundry, and bike storage. The student flats are ideally located for supermarket chains and restaurants. iQ Penworks House is a 15-minute walk from Birmingham Snow Hill and the city centre's business district.

En-suite rooms are the most common choice, with bedrooms with their own private bathroom and fully furnished and equipped with amenities. Newman University is 28 minutes away by car. Birmingham Snow Hill train station is a 15-minute walk away for travelling to other cities.

iQ Penworks House has CCTV and access control systems throughout the apartment complex. A 24-hour security guard is on duty at the main gate, and outsiders must register before entering. If students notice any damage to the facilities, a professional maintenance team will take care of all facility maintenance.
