Ici, il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde, c'est très calme, il n'y a pas d'ivrognes frappant à la porte à minuit, et la vue depuis les chambres orientées au sud est particulièrement bonne. Le personnel de maintenance gère les problèmes très rapidement, et la réception est particulièrement responsable dans l'envoi et la réception de paquets et de courriers !
