[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 12 months.

[Cost Details]
The deposit is one month's rent, and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking a property.

[Apartment Regulations]
1. After paying the deposit, a suitable accommodation will be matched for the student within 7 business days. If the match is unsuccessful, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
2. IPA must be provided before moving in.
3. Air conditioning cleaning will be conducted every three months (students need to keep the receipt).
4. Students need to fill in the guarantor information.

1 Bed 1 Bath, with an area of 463 square feet and complete furniture.
2 Bed 2 Bath/4 Bed 3 Bath, fully furnished.
Configuration: The community has a gym, swimming pool, and 24-hour security. The room is furnished and tidy.

[Geographical Location]
The apartment is located in a prime location, surrounded by Clementi MRT Station, Jurong East MRT Station, and close to numerous shopping malls such as JEM, Westgate, Big Box, IMM, Clementi Mall, and NeWest. It is also close to schools such as Nanhua Primary School (within one kilometer), Nanhua Middle School, Singapore Polytechnic, NUS, and International School UWCSEA. 
It takes about 5 minutes to drive to NUS University Town.
