Minimum rental period: one month.
Security Deposit: RM 1,000 for rental periods of 1 to 6 months; RM 3,000 for rental periods exceeding 6 months. The booking deposit is half the amount of the security deposit; the full security deposit must be paid in full 7 days prior to check-in.
In the event of a breach of contract, the security deposit will not be refunded. Subletting is not permitted.
Non-Malaysian guests are subject to a tourism tax of RM10 per room, per night.
The rental fee includes one complimentary cleaning session; additional cleaning sessions are RM80 each.
The rental fee does not include utility costs (electricity and water).
