Property Description: The tenant promises not to put food, wet wipes, hair, or other foreign objects into the toilet; to strictly separate recyclable waste, kitchen waste, and general waste; smoking is prohibited indoors; and the tenant promises to maintain proper ventilation and other daily room management.

No loud noise is allowed after 10 PM, and pets are prohibited.

The tenant is responsible for maintaining the rented property in its original condition until the lease expires. If consumables are damaged during the lease term, the tenant will be responsible for repairs and continued use at their own expense; however, the landlord will be responsible for repairs due to natural aging of the building facilities that are not the tenant's fault.

The apartment is furnished with the following items (air conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator, induction cooker, bed, desk, wardrobe, shoe cabinet, etc.). The tenant is responsible for compensating for any damage caused by the tenant's intentional act or negligence.

The tenant must notify the landlord of their intention to terminate the lease two months prior to the expiration date. Failure to do so will be considered an implied renewal of the lease.

If the tenant terminates the lease early during the contract period, they must find a new tenant before terminating the lease and will be responsible for the landlord's agency fee.

The monthly management fee is 100,000 KRW (including internet and water), payable in advance along with the monthly rent.

The tenant is responsible for the monthly electricity and gas bills.

The electricity and gas bills are calculated jointly for six households, with the tenant paying one-sixth of the cost to the landlord each month.

A cleaning fee of 120,000 KRW will be charged upon termination of the lease.

One person, one room is generally preferred. The tenant agrees not to cause inconvenience to neighbors due to excessive noise.

Smoking and pets are prohibited indoors. If this rule is violated and damage is caused to wallpaper, flooring, etc., the tenant will be fully responsible for the cost of restoring them to their original condition.
