Property Description:
1. A cleaning fee of 180,000 KRW and original item restoration fees upon check-out can be deducted from the security deposit. (The cleaning fee may increase depending on the degree of soiling.)
2. Upon check-in, the tenant can choose (system air conditioning), air circulator preheater, refrigerator, washing machine, and desk. If any selected items or facilities are damaged due to the tenant's negligence, they will be restored to their original condition and compensation will be provided. The tenant is not responsible for repairs to malfunctions or damages of existing facilities due to building aging upon check-in.

3. Two people are required to reside in the property. Smoking is prohibited indoors (double compensation will be charged upon check-out if smoking occurs), pets are prohibited, and loud noises are strictly prohibited. No other than registered residents are allowed to reside in the property; we guarantee that no one else will be nailed to the wall. (If the above terms and conditions are violated, the contract may be terminated and the customer may be forced to return the property. If the wallpaper or facilities are damaged, the customer will be liable for damages and required to make repairs.)
