Management fee of $680 per guest per month (including weekly room cleaning, daily public area cleaning, customer service, room maintenance, security system, elevator and fire protection system maintenance)

Payment Options:

1) 2-month deposit (payable upon signing)

- Installment 2: Before October 30, 2026

- Installment 3: Before February 28, 2027

Family and Friends Stay Policy: Family visits are permitted, but overnight stays must be by the same sex. One application is allowed per month, with each stay not exceeding 7 days. Please consult apartment management for details.
