The flatshare is strategically located in the "Debourg - Gerland" neighborhood, in the heart of Lyon. Many public transports, restaurants, shops can be found nearby. The apartment is on floor #5 , with elevator. It is entirely equipped and is composed of a large kitchen with refrigerator, kitchen ustensils, crockery, microwave, kettle, toaster, pans… The flat also has a washing machine, a clothes rack, an ironing board, an iron.
You will also find cleaning items directly in the apartment: dustpan and brush, bagless hoover, mop and bucket, broom… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: housing insurance, household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, electricity, water.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

We is glad to show you this wonderful room in an all-inclusive flatshare in Debourg – Gerland. In the south of Lyon, sports fans and music lovers unite. We find the Halle Tony Garnier - Lyon’s biggest concert hall where the most famous French and international artists perform, as well as Ninkasi Kao (cultural events site) here in the 7th arrondissement. For those passionate about sport, there’s the Matmut stadium, home of Lyon’s rugby team the LOU. On the banks of the river Rhône, the neighbourhood is enriched with numerous green spaces such as the Gerland park.

The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
